Hearing Care Professional

We are seeking an individual to join our team working at our Kingston Clinic. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in face-to-face customer service or retail roles.
- Perform hearing screening checks and hearing aid maintenance (full training provided)
- Provide face-to-face and phone-based customer support
- Confirm/schedule customer appointments through diary and inbox management
- Source external lead generation opportunities and roll-out local marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement
- Assist clinics to perform more effectively through reporting and solution follow-ups
- Provide administrative support to Audiologists and the clinic
Additional responsibilities include attending other clinics on occasion and utilizing own vehicle and license. Ideal candidates will also possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, good computer skills, and be tech-savvy.
