Main Responsibilities:

  • Resource Planning: Develop project scopes, budgets, timelines, and resource plans; oversee procurement and supplier negotiations for equipment and services.">
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication, presentations, and workshops to drive alignment and project endorsement.">
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.">
  • Team Leadership: Determine and secure project resource requirements; support recruitment and manage day-to-day project execution across cross-functional teams.">
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with relevant departments to manage project interdependencies and ensure smooth execution.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 7 years of engineering experience in project management, ideally within FMCG, manufacturing, or a regulated industry.">
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams across design, construction, commissioning, and operational phases.">
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).">
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.">
  • Analytical problem-solver with demonstrated experience in root cause analysis and structured project delivery.">
  • Experience managing and optimizing asset upgrade projects to deliver tangible business benefits.">
