Project Management Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Leader to drive high-impact capital projects from concept to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage large-scale engineering initiatives and develop strategies to build robust systems and processes.
  • Develop project scopes, timelines, and resource plans; oversee procurement and supplier negotiations.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of engineering experience in project management, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams across design, construction, commissioning, and operational phases.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
