About the Opportunity:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects that enhance aeromedical helicopter operations across NSW.
  • Collaborate with local helicopter operations teams to implement improvements in logistics, recruitment, education, and base infrastructure.
  • Engage with stakeholders to support operational governance and ensure high-quality project outcomes.
  • Contribute to system-wide enhancements in service delivery by supporting multiple strategic initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Zone Manager and broader operations team to strengthen aeromedical care across the network.

About You:

We're looking for someone who:

  • Brings experience and understanding of the NSW Ambulance operational environment or has worked in a similar emergency services setting.
  • Demonstrates the ability to manage and oversee project delivery, including coordinating activities, monitoring milestones, managing risks, and working within budget.
  • Thrives when collaborating with subject matter experts to support change initiatives and drive quality improvement.
  • Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes under pressure.
  • Values effective communication and teamwork, with well-developed interpersonal and written skills, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a project team in a complex organisation.
