Program Operations Coordinator

Job Description:

The role of a Program Operations Coordinator is pivotal in supporting corporate and program operations by overseeing facilities management at our office and site locations.

Key responsibilities include managing facilities contractor relationships, lease agreements, and insurance to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

This is an opportunity to contribute to impactful development work by enabling operational excellence behind the scenes.

  • Oversee onsite facilities and office management
  • Coordinate logistical support for program events
  • Support internal initiatives
  • Maintain accurate workplace health and safety documentation
  • Coordinate onshore and offshore lease agreements and insurance requirements

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in facilities management or operations coordination, knowledge of lease management, contractor coordination, and insurance processes.

They should also be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and work independently and as part of a cross-cultural team.

Tertiary qualifications in business administration, project management, facilities management, or from a related field are desirable but not essential.
