Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the Warehouse and Administration teams to achieve exceptional results
  • Foster a positive store atmosphere to create a great customer experience and resolve any customer complaints and queries
  • Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements and company policies
  • Monitor store activities to ensure alignment with our core values and standard operating procedures
  • Establish and oversee effective warehouse inventory management processes and systems

About You

  • 2+ years of retail leadership experience
  • Demonstrated warehouse and administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • People leadership experience
