Lead Our Early Learning Program

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Director to lead our nGundanoo team and shape the future of children in our care.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time opportunity to join our team and make a positive impact on children's lives. As our Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of passionate educators to deliver a high-quality educational program for children aged 0 to 5 years in our play-based learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver a quality educational program
  • Develop and implement a curriculum that meets the needs of children and families
  • Build and maintain relationships with families and the wider community
  • Manage the overall operations and management of the centre
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and C&K policies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
  • A valid Blue Card and current Police Check
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for achieving high-quality outcomes for children and families

We are a child-safe organisation and all C&K employees are required to undergo a police check and not be a ' or Suspended Educator under the QLD Blue Card System.
