As our EC Director, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our children and communities. You'll lead a team of compassionate and skilled educators who share your commitment to providing high-quality education and care. Together, you'll create a nurturing and inclusive environment that fosters learning, growth, and development.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the diverse needs of our children
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to excellence
  • Foster strong relationships with families and the wider community, ensuring that we're responsive to their needs and concerns
  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure the smooth running of our centre
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in early childhood education, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement

What You'll Bring:



  • A Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent (recognised by ACECQA as an early childhood teaching qualification)
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification
  • Valid Blue Card and current Police Check (within three months or willing to obtain these)
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for achieving long-lasting, high-quality outcomes for children and families
