**The Role:**

We seek a business leader to join our retail store leadership team.

As Assistant Store Manager, you will drive the brand vision, establish a high-performance culture, create memorable experiences for customers, and achieve operational excellence. You will collaborate with your Area Manager to drive sales growth and personal career development in a leadership role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Drive sales goals and metrics in a multimillion dollar store. Deliver on brand strategy while prioritizing customer satisfaction and experience. Create a people-first culture by empowering and developing talent within the team. Provide coaching, support, and feedback to drive results. Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. Ensure seamless omni-channel experiences through preparation of online orders. Maintain Visual Merchandising excellence and ensure stores are safe and fun environments for customers and staff.

**Success Criteria:**

Be a team player committed to excellence across Sales, Operations, and Loss Prevention. Possess authentic passion for delivering best-in-class memorable experiences. Motivate and inspire large teams as a coach. Have Retail Store Manager experience in fast-paced environments with strong analytical skills and strategic thinking. Drive sales and KPIs, manage rosters, and achieve wage control.
