The Operations Manager position is a senior leadership role within the NOS team.
This role requires strong leadership and management skills to lead the team leaders and deliver outcomes in line with contract and compliance targets.

- Strong critical thinking skills to build high levels of community and stakeholder engagement across a complex business environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and continuously changing work environment.
- Tertiary qualifications in operations management, business administration or relevant field.
- Advanced computer literacy - Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Leading the team to deliver outcomes in line with contract and compliance targets.
- Actively leading and managing a team with multiple work streams and conflicting priorities.
- Managing data collection for updating metrics to achieve productivity targets.
- Planning of team deliverables and activities.
- Ensuring weekly team meetings are held and are efficient in updating the team on requirements.
- Management of HR processes related to Recruitment, Annual/Personal Leave and Retention.
