About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Associate to join our Veracross team. As a member of our Technical Support Team, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our VC Pay Tuition Management and Accounting products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via multiple channels, including phone, email, and ticketing systems.
  • Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide timely and accurate resolutions to their issues.
  • Analyze customer requests and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and provide training to customers on our software.
  • Identify and log system bugs and enhancements to improve our products.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer support experience in a software industry or school business office.
  • Prior knowledge and experience with accounting, online payment processing, and/or banking industry in Australia.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under various constraints.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to analyze customer requests.
  • Highly motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to contribute to a positive team culture.
