Peoplesoft Campus Functional Consultant

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Peoplesoft Campus Functional Consultant. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Peoplesoft Campus Solutions and be able to provide functional support, addressing tickets and service requests.

This is a Level 3 functional role working on service requests and standard support tickets. You will be collaborating with teams based across Australia and India, aligned to Adelaide time zones.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional support for Peoplesoft Campus Solutions, addressing tickets and service requests
  • Collaborate with local and offshore teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Engage in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, business process mapping, configuration, and testing
  • Deliver high-quality documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and test scripts

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5-6 years' experience as a Peoplesoft Campus Functional Consultant
  • Strong hands-on expertise across at least 5 Peoplesoft Campus Solutions 9.x modules (e.g., Campus Community, Recruiting & Admissions, Student Records, Student Financials, Academic Structure, Gradebook, Academic Advisement, Self Service)
  • Experience with SQL, PS Queries, and Integration Broker monitoring
  • Proven ability in full systems development lifecycle, from requirements to testing
  • Solid background in quality assurance, including test planning and execution

Nice to Have:

  • Integration knowledge of other Peoplesoft modules (HCM, Finance, ELM)
  • PeopleTools Certification
