Your Impact and Contribution

As an Account Manager, the primary focus will be driving sales for products and services. Delivering exceptional customer service across all communication channels ensures client satisfaction. Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries, and resolve issues effectively.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are worked towards to meet or exceed sales targets. Expanding knowledge about markets, FX industry, and platforms and products is essential. Striving to achieve team and individual metrics contributes to overall success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of experience in the Forex industry. Previous exposure to customer-focused environments is advantageous.
  • Comfortable making high outbound calls and engaging with diverse buyers. Possess confident communication skills or be motivated to enhance abilities.
  • Strong ownership of responsibilities. Be proactive in addressing challenges, displaying a problem-solving mindset. Be a diligent worker, driven to achieve results.
  • Excellent overall communication abilities, including modifying approaches to suit various audiences.
  • Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
