Junior Futures Trader Job Description

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Futures Trader to join our team.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced Traders and Market participants, learning the ins and outs of global futures markets. You will be part of a friendly, driven team that values innovation, growth, and teamwork.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to push boundaries, learn, create and implement futures trading strategies. As a Junior Futures Trader, you will be responsible for developing and executing trading plans, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities for profit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute trading plans, taking into account market analysis and risk management strategies
  • Analyze market trends and make informed decisions about trades
  • Collaborate with experienced Traders and Market participants to gain knowledge and expertise
  • Participate in regular discussions with the Quantitative Research and Development team to work on additional futures trading strategies and ideas
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 1+ years experience in futures trading or a related field
  • Knowledge of financial markets, trading systems, and algorithmic trading concepts
  • Passion for financial markets and a drive to succeed
