Job Title: Chief Financial Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional financial specialist to lead our team in Sydney.

This role involves managing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, as well as related tax returns.

The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, as well as business acumen. They must be able to deliver exceptional financial management and analysis within core deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare full suite of financial and management accounts for multiple entities
  • Form close relationships with stakeholders onshore and offshore
  • Contribute to the evolution of the accounting team
  • Develop and maintain expertise in technology and automation
Requirements:
  • Degree and post graduate qualification in Finance or Accounting
  • Experience in financial reporting practices and tax compliance matters
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Familiarity with financial markets accounting desirable
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in financial reporting practices
