Job Description:

The primary function of this role is to provide technical support and assistance to distributors and customers for hardware and software components of the Mobius system. Key responsibilities include resolving potential product issues, diagnosing and resolving issues related to offboard systems and interfaces, assisting in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Mobius software, and troubleshooting software-related issues.

Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to investigate and resolve complex technical issues on the mine site.
  • Maintain accurate records of support activities, including issue tracking, resolutions, and user feedback.
  • Generate reports and documentation to communicate support-related information and contribute to knowledge base resources.

Analysis and Improvement:

  • Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for improvement.
  • Proactively recommend optimization strategies to enhance system performance and reliability.
  • Determine root causes of problems reported and recommend immediate countermeasures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Essential qualifications include an undergraduate degree in engineering or a technical trade certification with sufficient in-field experience. Additionally, candidates should have at least 3+ years of experience in AHS product support in the mining industry, with at least five years with an OEM. Relevant skills and qualifications include experience managing customer relationships, leading root cause failure analyses, warranty claim management, and quality control. Coding experience with C++ and C# is desirable.
