Job Title: Technical Systems Specialist

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled technical professional to join our team as a Technical Systems Specialist. This role will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and optimization of our organization's OneStream platform.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of financial consolidation processes, with hands-on experience in EPM administration. They will also possess a strong background in accounting, finance, and financial systems, with proven ability to work closely with finance stakeholders and support reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, and maintain the OneStream application, including user access, security roles, and system parameters.
  • Support financial consolidation processes and provide system expertise to the finance team.
  • Assist in developing and enhancing planning functionality as the system roadmap evolves.
  • Monitor performance, manage integrations, and ensure the reliability and availability of the platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and process issues, escalating to vendors where required.
  • Coordinate testing and deployment of upgrades and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of financial consolidation processes, with hands-on experience in EPM administration.
  • Exposure to planning modules within EPM software is advantageous.
  • Candidates with experience in any EPM software are considered, with OneStream or HFM being a preference.
  • Strong background in accounting, finance, and financial systems.
  • Proven ability to work closely with finance stakeholders and support reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Familiarity with relational databases, data integration, and scripting is desirable.

Benefits:

This is a permanent role based in Perth, requiring 4 days per week presence in the office. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to a maturing OneStream environment post-go-live, with a roadmap of additional phases under development.
