Contracts Advisor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Advisor to join our Commercial team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing contract administration services, advice, and support to our project teams.

  • Administer contracts, advise on contractual obligations, and prepare notices, variations, extensions of time etc.
  • Assist Commercial Managers with day-to-day tasks, including administrative tasks.
  • Educate project teams to understand and adhere to contractual obligations.
  • Sub-contractor performance management to ensure contract deliverables are met.
  • Understand reporting requirements under Head Contract and work with Project teams to compile reports.
  • Provide input to cost control and forecasting of final cost at completion position.
  • Prepare claims and variations for adjustment of compensation and time under assigned Head Contract.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a similar Contracts Advisor or Contracts Administrator position within the engineering, resources, or construction industry.
  • Contract administration processing skills including change orders, payment, scheduling, ITT's, bid list formation, and close out of contracts.
  • Proven ability to administer and prepare correspondence, position papers on contractual/commercial matters (analytical and drafting skills are vital).
