Job Description

The Contracts Specialist plays a pivotal role in overseeing the effective management of contractual arrangements, ensuring they are compliant, strategically aligned, and deliver measurable value.

This role encompasses the full contract lifecycle, from negotiating terms and managing performance to resolving disputes.

Reporting to the Manager - Procurement and Contracts, this position is instrumental in strengthening supplier relationships, mitigating risk, and enhancing operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, negotiate, execute, monitor, renew, and close out contracts
  • Provide expert advice on contract terms and compliance
  • Resolve disputes and non-compliance issues
  • Monitor supplier performance and escalate issues
  • Maintain a centralized contract repository (Vendor Panel)
  • Report on contract status, expiries, renewals, and risks
  • Develop and implement contract frameworks and templates
  • Collaborate with procurement to improve cost and process efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory policies
