Job Title: Contract Management Specialist

This role is ideal for individuals with expertise in managing complex construction projects. As a Contract Management Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing contract administration functions, procurement, and subcontractor negotiations.

The key aspects of this position include:

  • Contract Administration: You will manage project contracts, ensuring compliance with budget and contractual obligations.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to lead and develop a team of Contracts Administrators, Cadets, and Administration staff. This leadership role requires excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant Degree: A degree in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying is essential for this position.
  • Experience as a Contracts Manager: You must have successful experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Contracts Administrator on large building projects.
