Job Title: Procurement and Contract Management Specialist

The Procurement and Contract Management Specialist will oversee the development and implementation of effective sourcing strategies and processes, contributing to operational plans and performance metrics.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and advice on procurement approaches, contractual administration, and procurement procedures.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation detailing requirements, risk management, marketplace engagement, offer evaluation, and contract negotiation.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of procurement processes, decisions, and contractual arrangements.
  • Conduct research and prepare high-quality submissions, reports, briefing materials, and correspondence.
  • Maintain a high level of professional expertise through ongoing knowledge of contemporary procurement strategies, policies, and best practices.
