Procurement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Strategic Sourcing Contract Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering complex sourcing projects and contract management activities for defined branches within the organization.
- Ensure client needs are met through effective contract management;
- Provide procurement expertise, consultative services, and probity advice to stakeholders;
- End-to-end management of tenders, develop concise sourcing documentation, and maintain clear records;
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships;
- Development of contracting arrangements and contracts to support commercial strategy;
- Support the development and delivery of strategic contracting plans;
- Manage nominated contracts in conjunction with technical/business leads;
- Previous experience delivering end-to-end civil construction tenders;
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering complex strategic sourcing strategies, negotiations, and tender evaluations;
- Tertiary qualification in commerce, procurement, supply chain, law, or engineering; or related area;
- Substantial experience in procurement and contracting within a large complex organization;
