Efficient Import Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

Process import manifests accurately, generate timely arrival notices, and ensure smooth invoicing of freight and local charges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently process import manifests

  • Ensure timely collection of freight and charges
  • Arrange cargo release effectively

The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication skills, reliability with deadlines, and the ability to work independently. A good understanding of shipping procedures and documentation is essential, along with intermediate-level Excel skills.
