Import Sea Freight Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Import Sea Freight Specialist to join our team. As an import sea freight specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of import sea freight operations and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Registration of import sea documentation
  • Reporting shipments to Australian Customs
  • Acquiring relevant documentation for shipping purposes
  • Tracking all shipments, including transhipments
  • Liaising with international agents, suppliers, and consignees
  • Invoicing
  • Other duties as required by the Operations Manager

Requirements:

  • Import sea freight operations experience
  • High-level communication skills - verbal and written
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • Experience in processing and completing client invoices
  • CargoWise knowledge and experience
