Join an experienced team of professionals in a role offering plenty of variety and client interaction Our client is a very well established international freight forwarder based in Tullamarine. An opportunity has arisen within their Import team for an experienced Sea Freight Officer to come on board and manage their own portfolio of accounts.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will work within an experienced team of Operators. A typical week will see you liaising with clients, shipping lines and service providers to ensure cargo is moving as planned and troubleshooting as you go, checking jobs have been registered correctly, job costings and invoicing, track and tracing shipments as well as keeping the customers updated. Our client uses CargoWise One for all operating processes ensuring you have the latest industry software and resources at your fingertips
