We are seeking a strategic partner development specialist to join our team. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to build and grow a portfolio of partnerships from the ground up, driving business growth and delivering exceptional value to our members.
About the RoleThis position involves working across the business to develop and execute partnership strategies, optimise performance, and ensure our partner offerings meet the needs of our customers and the organisation. Key responsibilities include:
- Building and nurturing strategic partner relationships
- Developing growth strategies, marketing plans, and performance reporting
- Collaborating with internal teams to enhance partner performance and customer journeys
- Leading contract negotiations, onboarding, and vendor governance
- Providing tools and insights to frontline teams to boost engagement
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in financial services or insurance
- Experience in marketing, partnerships, or relationship management
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, or a related field
