We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Partner to join our organization, supporting the growth and development of our team. This role will partner with leaders to develop and execute a comprehensive People Strategy, aligned to the vision and longer-range goals. The successful candidate will collaborate with regional HRBPs and Centre of Excellence (COE) Partners to deliver on talent strategy and operational plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement core HR processes/programs developed in COEs for the organization.">
  • Provide insightful analytics, trends, and recommended actions to stakeholders to guide planning, program design, decision-making, and measures of success.">
  • Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and change management as the organization continues to grow and scale.">
  • Build a culture of inclusion by infusing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategies into talent acquisition, manager growth and development, employee experience, and organizational health.">
  • Coach leaders through organizational issues, talent strategies, and leadership development, requiring strong business storytelling skills and an ability to translate 'HR speak' and data insights into an accessible narrative.">

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of progressively challenging HR experience in Business Partner roles ideally in high-growth companies.">
  • Experience working with global/international teams.">
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to quickly build strong relationships across leadership teams, cross-functional partners, and key stakeholders.">
