Job Title:

Cleared Construction Manager

Job Summary:

  • A degree in project management, civil engineering, or architecture from an accredited institution is required.
  • Seven years of experience managing construction projects with similar size, scope, and complexity is necessary.
  • A minimum of five years' experience as a senior project manager responsible for supervising project managers, engineers, and subcontractors is required.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-million dollar project portfolios while balancing resources, cost, and schedules is essential.
  • Experience working in 24x7 operational environments and coordinating with stakeholders to meet project deliverables is crucial.
  • Timely proposal preparation and cost estimation skills are necessary.
  • Experience working in remote locations is desired.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage teams of project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Develop and implement project plans and timelines.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Monitor and control project costs and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph (for U.S. citizens) or Australian TS/PV clearance (for Australian citizens).
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Knowledge of construction industry best practices.
