Construction Project Manager Opportunity

This position involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field and at least seven years of experience in construction management.

A strong understanding of project management principles is required, including cost control, scheduling, and resource allocation. The successful candidate will be able to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain open lines of communication with team members and stakeholders.

  • A degree in Project Management, Civil, Construction, or Architecture from an accredited university, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of seven years' experience with construction/facility projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.
  • Minimum of five years' experience as a Senior/Chief Project Manager responsible for supervising project managers, engineers and subcontractors.
  • Demonstrated experience managing a multi-million dollar project portfolio, balancing resources while maintaining cost and schedules.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a 24x7 operational environment requiring close coordination with mission operation.
  • Demonstrated experience in timely proposal preparation and cost estimation.
  • Experience working in remote locations is desired.
  • Requires TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph or Australian TS/PV clearance.
