Senior Construction Portfolio Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct complex construction projects with a strong focus on efficiency, quality, and project timelines.
- Lead and coordinate project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Manage large-scale project portfolios with diverse resource requirements while maintaining cost-effectiveness and meeting tight deadlines.
- Operate in fast-paced 24x7 environments requiring close collaboration with operational teams.
- Develop timely proposals and estimates that meet client needs and expectations.
- Prior experience working in remote locations is advantageous.
Requirements:
- Project Management degree or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of seven years of experience in construction/facility projects, with a strong emphasis on senior leadership roles.
- Five years' experience as a Senior/Chief Project Manager, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required for U.S. citizens; Australian TS/PV clearance required for Australian citizens.
