**Project Lead Role:**

  • Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Oversee project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to allocate resources efficiently and control costs.
  • Develop schedules, allocate resources, and balance competing priorities to meet project goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities, including proposal development and estimation.

**Key Requirements:**

  • Master's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • At least 7 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
  • 5+ years of senior-level experience as a Chief Project Manager or similar role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in multi-million dollar project portfolio management, including cost control and schedule adherence.
  • Ability to work effectively in remote locations and adapt to changing project requirements.

**Security Clearances:**

  • U.S. citizens require a Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
  • Australian citizens must possess an Australian TS/PV clearance.

**Additional Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
