This role oversees the financial administration of projects, including accounting processes and settlement reporting. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project accounting and relevant experience.

  • Manage financial data across the project lifecycle, from acquisition to settlement.
  • Maintain accurate cost tracking and budget variance analysis.
  • Process settlements, revenue recognition, and cost of goods sold.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Prepare BAS and statutory reports.
  • Assist with management account preparation, including project-specific cash flow and budget reporting.
  • Ensure audit-readiness of invoices, contracts, and project-related data.
  • Collaborate with project teams for accurate financial data and compliance.
  • Support external audit, tax, and compliance processes.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, a CPA/CA qualification, and strong communication skills.
