Job Title: Project Financial Specialist
The role of the Project Financial Specialist is to provide financial support in managing project finances, ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining the overall financial integrity of projects. This position plays a key role in overseeing the full lifecycle of projects, from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer the creation of projects within the financial management system, adhering to contract requirements and project deliverables.
- Collaborate with project managers to drive efficient client invoicing aligned with project plans and agreements.
- Prepare and provide financial analysis to support project managers and inform commercial decisions.
- Support project managers across various projects, addressing complexities, sizes, and values.
- Contribute to the achievement of broader finance team goals.
- Maintain harmony with organizational values, objectives, policies, and procedures.
About You:
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in project finance administration or similar roles.
- Experience working with multiple consulting projects or other project financial work.
- A proven track record of overseeing entire project lifecycles, including work breakdown structures and standard project management processes.
- Experience in working within a financial management system.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel).
- Experience with project management software highly regarded.
