We don't simply hire employees. We invest in them. When you work at Chatham, we empower you — offering professional development opportunities to help you grow in your career, no matter if you've been here for five months or 15 years. Chatham has worked hard to create a distinct work environment that values people, teamwork, integrity, and client service. Our Hedging practice advises clients on interest rate, foreign currency, and commodity risk management across sectors including real estate, private equity, Infrastructure, ASX 100, Fortune 1000 corporations, and financial institutions. Our teams execute over $750 billion in hedging transactions annually.
We are seeking a motivated Associate with 2- 4 years of experience in a similar derivative solutions role, to join our Australian team focused on delivering tailored risk management solutions.
In this role you will

Your Impact
You will be a key contributor to our clients' success by providing expert advisory services that protect and enhance their financial interests. Our goal is to develop people to their fullest potential so that they can achieve greater responsibilities, and have impact on those around them, clients and teammates alike. While our work is in the financial realm, the primary qualification to apply is a willingness to join our community. No professional experience or certifications are required as we provide the relevant education through a mixture of training and apprenticeship programs, but our process is highly selective as we intentionally seek candidates with traits that contribute to the balance of firm's culture.
