The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled programme leader to drive the global implementation of our new CRM platform. This is a 12-month maximum term contract that can be based in London, Sydney, or Melbourne. There is potential for the contract to be extended pending business need, and we are also open to those seeking part-time arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning and designing of the CRM programme of works, utilising experience and expertise in CRM programme implementations.
  • Manage third parties to ensure scope and activities meet business needs, and milestones are delivered. Collaborate with internal Business Product and Process Owners to ensure inputs are managed in line with third-party requirements.
  • Drive best practice throughout the project workstreams and key phases of the programme.
  • Embody the HSF culture to work effectively with stakeholders to ensure programme scope and business needs remain aligned as the programme evolves.
  • Partner with HSF's Digital Legal Delivery leadership team to ensure there are defined programme controls, including processes, procedures, and reporting involved in programme governance.
  • Motivate and inspire various teams whose input is critical to the success of the programme.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience with CRM implementations within the Professional Services or Legal industries.
  • Proven delivery of large, complex, multifaceted programmes with varied stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Ability to understand technical detail and marry up with business requirements with commercial realities.
  • Proven capability in leading multi-functional business change initiatives, and experience utilising project-related methodologies and disciplines.
  • Experienced in driving progress and actively facilitating global virtual teams.
  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
  • Change Management certification or business process improvement qualification desirable.
  • Experience with Agile project delivery in a business context desirable.
