Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our team as a Site Supervisor. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in providing exceptional support to clients with physical and psycho-social disabilities.

About the Role:

  • You will oversee daily operations of our Home Service site, ensuring effective management of operating expenditure and alignment with organisational policies and procedures.
  • You will coordinate individualised care plans that cater to the unique needs of our clients, empowering them to live, learn, work, and flourish.
  • You will foster a collaborative environment that encourages team members to provide person-centered care and supports their ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. You will support the financial performance of the Home Service site through effective management of operating expenditure.
  2. You will ensure team members are aware of each individual's requirements, fostering a culture of accountability and empathy.
  3. You will provide support aligned with the person's plans, goals, and requirements, including aspects of personal hygiene and living skills to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
  4. You will deliver and encourage accurate documentation of all activities to ensure an audit trail and maintenance of progress notes.
