Airport Operations Leader

We are seeking a skilled Airport Operations Leader to join our team in Central Western Queensland.

As the key operations leader, you will be responsible for ensuring airport operations run safely and efficiently, maintaining compliance with aviation regulatory frameworks such as CASA.

You will oversee daily airport operations, supervise staff, manage safety systems and compliance programs, and ensure the airport is maintained to high standards.

About You

  • You possess excellent communication skills.
  • You understand aviation safety standards and regulatory frameworks.
  • You have experience managing airport operations, safety systems, and compliance programs.
  • You hold relevant certifications including Aerodrome Reporting Officer (ARO).
  • You have strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to plan, report, and engage stakeholders effectively.
  • You possess a Current C Class Driver's Licence and Police Clearance.
