About the Role

This Group Home service operates 24/7 - morning, day, evening and awake night shifts. You will need to be available for at least 3-4 days, with a minimum of 20 hours.

  • Delivering personalized support in a group home setting
  • Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as mealtimes, personal care, administering medication, and manual handling using equipment and aids
  • Supporting clients to engage and participate in their community
  • Supporting clients to make their own choices and build skills for independence
  • Monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on their progress
  • Providing transportation assistance, such as using the CPA minivan

Requirements
