Key Responsibilities:
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Social Support: Provide companionship and socialisation to help clients feel connected and engaged with their community.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare healthy meals for clients who require assistance with food preparation.
  • Medication Assistance: Promptly assist clients with taking their medication as prescribed.
  • Respite: Provide temporary relief for primary caregivers to ensure they can take breaks and recharge.
  • Domestic Assistance: Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and other domestic duties.
  • Transportation: Safely transport clients to appointments, shopping, and other activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Certificate III or higher in Aged Care or Disability Services.
  • A satisfactory Australian National Police Check.
  • A current or willingness to obtain a First Aid and CPR certificate.
  • A smart mobile phone.
  • Authorisation to work in Australia.
