Job Title: Compassionate Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate support specialist to provide high-quality care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care, social support, meal preparation, medication assistance, respite, domestic assistance, and transportation to appointments and shopping.
  • Develop a tailored plan with the client to enhance their life and implement it daily.
Requirements:
  • Valid Australian Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Certificate III or higher in Aged Care or Disability Services.
  • Satisfactory Australian National Police Check.
  • Current or willing to obtain a First Aid and CPR certificate.
  • Smart mobile phone.
  • Authorized to work in Australia.
Preferred Qualities:
  • Ability to provide personal and domestic care with empathy and kindness.
  • Passion for respectfully empowering and caring for individuals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of time management and organizational ability.
  • Willingness to participate in further training and education opportunities.
