Job Title: Dental Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized dental support specialist to join our clinical team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Assistance
    • Provide essential support to dentists during procedures, maintaining a comfortable and safe environment for patients.
    • Comply with quality management systems and policies, upholding the highest standards of care.
  • Patient Flow Management
    • Coordinate patient schedules, accommodating emergencies and ensuring seamless coordination with dentists and reception staff.
    • Assist with appointments and payments, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Chairside Assisting
    • Prepare instruments and materials for each patient, optimizing workflow and efficiency.
    • Support dentists during procedures, providing critical care and assistance.
Requirements:
  • Degree or certification in dental assisting or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with infection control procedures and guidelines.
