Job Title: Clinical Care Specialist
Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.

You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, focusing on delivering personalized care that enhances the health and wellbeing of our residents.

Your expertise and experience in nursing will enable you to provide comprehensive clinical care, including medication administration, wound management, and palliative care.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Bachelor of Nursing degree
  • Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage complex care needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
