Job Title:

Aged Care Support Specialist

We are seeking compassionate individuals to provide high-quality care and support services in Aged Care.

As an Aged Care Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients, empowering them to live independently at home and improving their social lives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and domestic assistance
  • Assist with meal preparation and medication administration
  • Offer social support and companionship
  • Transport clients to appointments and shopping
  • Develop personalized care plans and follow them daily

Requirements:

  • Valid Australian Driver's License and reliable vehicle
  • Certificate III or higher in Aged Care or Disability Services
  • Satisfactory Australian National Police Check
  • Current or willingness to obtain First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Smart mobile phone and authorization to work in Australia
