Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

This senior role oversees daily trade clearing operations, ensuring accurate and timely generation of margin deficit reports, pay-in/pay-out obligations, and Bhav/obligation files.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Clearing & Settlement Management: Oversee daily trade clearing workflows from pre-matching to fund/stock settlement and fails resolution.
  • Process Enhancement: Identify process breakdowns, implement re-engineered workflows to enhance Straight-Through Processing (STP) rates and settlement efficiency.
  • Risk Management: Strengthen control frameworks, monitor operational risks, and ensure audit-readiness and compliance with SEBI and exchange regulations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with front office, trading teams, exchanges, banks, and clearing members for trade-related escalations and exchange communications.
