Job Opportunity

The Plant Site Supervisor is accountable for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of a major hazard facility and its associated equipment.

  • Compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards will be ensured under your supervision.
  • You will oversee all work on site, including coordination with contractors, to achieve performance indicators and site objectives.
  • Site costs, planning, and supervision of maintenance activities will be managed effectively by you.
  • You are responsible for reporting on site compliance and production data.
  • To ensure reliability and improvement of the plant, you shall support all required activities.
  • In addition, you will monitor, alert, and assist the Remote Operations Centre (ROC) in plant operations, including shutdown and restart procedures.
Requirements:
  • A Trade or Degree Qualification in a related field such as Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Instrumentation is required.
  • Prior experience in continuous process plant operations is essential.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to collaborative teamwork are necessary.
  • Your knowledge of process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems will be highly valued.
  • Excellent time management and project management skills, along with troubleshooting abilities, are required for identifying and implementing continuous improvement projects.
  • Your exceptional verbal and written communication skills enable you to lead the implementation of safety and operational initiatives effectively.
  • You must be capable of utilizing company business and safety systems.
