  • Client Interaction:

The successful candidate will be responsible for making strategic decisions related to trading and risk management. They will also monitor algorithmic trading activities and ensure adherence to relevant regulations.

In addition, the Team Leader will manage limit structures and control mechanisms to mitigate trading risks. They will stay informed about regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.

  • Option Pricing:
  • Utilize pricing models and Greeks to assess and manage risks.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Advanced certifications are advantageous.
  • Experience:
  • 2-5 years of experience in financial markets, with a focus on equity, derivatives, and option pricing.
