**Job Description:**

The Wellbeing Support Administrator supports the Wellbeing Team through the provision of administrative services within various programs and activities. A core function of this role is the booking of accommodation and related financial governance. It involves supporting with the administrational processing of financial expenditure.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in accounting or a related discipline
  • 2-5 years in finance-related or administration roles with a strong finance element
  • Experience in end-to-end finance functions, including purchase orders to accounts payable
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or a similar integrated ERP system
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Is pro-active and innovative in problem-solving, with a demonstrated attention to detail and high degree of accuracy. You'll also have effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with external vendors and stakeholders.
