About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for supporting veterans and their families, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with veterans and their families to provide high levels of supportive engagement
  • Design and implement social and community connection activities
  • Represent the organisation at external events

Requirements:

  • A history of training or service in the ADF or a close connection
  • A love for the outdoors and physical activities
  • High levels of self-awareness and ability to adjust your communication style
  • Ability to maintain a calm and professional approach when supporting clients
