About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, with a focus on preparing financial documentation for payments, supporting vendor coordination, and ensuring accurate and timely processing. This includes:

  • Coordinating invoice processing, payments, and vendor liaison
  • Managing sensitive information with high levels of discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail
  • Resolving payment discrepancies, purchase order issues, or vendor queries

You will work closely with our Wellbeing Team to ensure effective delivery of programs and wellbeing initiatives, making a significant impact on the lives of veterans and their families.

About You

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality. If you have experience in administrative roles, particularly in finance or customer service, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Preparing and processing financial documents, including invoices and payment records
  • Coordinating with vendors and stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies
  • Providing administrative support to the Wellbeing Team, as required
