About the Role
The Service Coordinator is a vital team member that ensures the delivery of quality supports that meet the participant's needs and compliance. Our Service Delivery team are the first point of contact for our participants and their networks, including the Disability Support Workers on their team. The Coordination Team ensure we have an understanding of our participant's individual needs and work to create innovative experiences and support. Daily tasks will include generating reports and service agreements, data entry and communication with management, support workers, and participants.
The role is full time (Monday - Friday) with a possible option of permanent part time and located at our Maroochydore Head Office. Exact hours can be negotiated to suit individual and business needs.

About You
Essential:
-
An exceptional eye for detail

A passion for health, fitness, and wellbeing
-
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role (desired, not essential)
-
Knowledge and experience working within the NDIS (or similar environment)
-
Experience in planning, implementing, and monitoring quality person centred support within a fast-paced environment
-
Customer service focused: committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels – written, phone and face-to-face.
-
Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience and mode (phone, on-line, face to face).
-
Time management/organisation: accomplish objectives effectively within timeframe given and carry out administrative duties within portfolio in an efficient and timely manner.
-
Experience with rostering and coordinating supports
-
A willingness to try new things and be receptive to supervisor feedback and advice
-
The desire for continuous improvement, education and career advancement
-
High level computer literacy skills, in particular, MSOffice products
-
Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
-
NDIS Worker Screening check or willingness to obtain
-
Current driver's licence
-
National police check
Desirable:

Experience in a similar role within the NDIS
-
Health and Fitness experience and/or qualifications
-
Knowledge and experience in implementing Continuous Improvement systems

Experience with NDIS compliance and policies and procedures

Internal and external audits
-
Experience with NDIS software platform, Flowlogic.
